Booking Terms
At Holistic Harmony with Grace courses and workshops are designed to support your healing and spiritual growth in a safe and nurturing space. To ensure fairness and clarity or all participants.
Booking & Payment
A space on any course or workshop is not secured until a completed booking form has been received together with the required payment. For courses, a non-refundable deposit (amount as listed on the booking form) is required to confirm your place. The remaining balance must be paid by the date stated on the booking form. For workshops, full payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure your space. Cancellations & Refunds Deposits for courses are non-refundable. Workshop fees are non-refundable but may, at Grace’s discretion, be transferred to another workshop if notice is given. If you are unable to attend, please contact Grace as soon as possible to discuss options. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis once both booking form and payment are received. Holistic Harmony with Grace reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, you will be offered either a transfer to another date or a full refund.
